The ESGE Guideline Committee and the ESGE Curricula Working Group are inviting comments on the upcoming publications:
1. ESGE–@Esgena - Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Guideline on Sedation for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy by Konstantinos Triantafyllou et al.
2. Curriculum on Management of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding (UGIB) by Andrei Voiosu et al.

We are excited to announce the launch of three pilot Special Interest Groups (SIGs):
• Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection, led by Pradeep Bhandari & Jeremie JACQUES
• Hepatopancreatobiliary Endoscopy, led by Henriette Heinrich & Arnaud Lemmers
• Bariatric Endoscopy, led by Ivo Boskoski & Roberta Maselli
This important initiative is being pioneered by Mostafa Ibrahim, and will serve as a platform for collaboration, guideline adoption, case discussions, and multicentre research.
