Here's Dr Jenny Tannoury Melhem, one of the recipients of our Medtronic AI Research Award. Along with the 7 other winners, her success was first announced at #ESGEDays2021 back in March. The AI Systems that were part of her award will be arriving soon. More from Dr Tannoury: “We decided to evaluate the performance of AI in right colon polyp detection in a monocentric randomized controlled trial. Our main challenge was to obtain the GI Genius systems, but with the efforts of all members of the gastroenterology department we wrote a protocol and we have been granted the ESGE Medtronic AI award for our study. Thank you!”

Congratulations to Jenny and all the award recipients!

Are you interested in applying for Round 2 of the award? The deadline is the end of June this year and we'd love to hear from you. For all the information visit: www.esge.com/grants/award/about-esge-medtronic-ai-research-award/
